1. LOSS
Active Weight Loss Program: For patients who are ready for weight
loss. You however feel that you have the support and in place that you
need outside of our program. You feel you can go a full month between
visits and reach your goal.
OR
Committed Weight Loss Program: For patients who desire a more goal directed or hands on and so oftentimes more rapid weight loss. You feel that you may not have the support or regulation in place that you need outside of our program to instill confidence of a particular weight loss. You may feel you have a specific timeline for your weight loss that you are committed to. If these touch on some of your issues or concerns, then a weekly option is likely more realistic for your staying on track.
