Initial Consultation: Dr. Gelhot is happy to see any patient initially for a brief complimentary consultation. An initial in-person consultation is required before any subsequent virtual visits.

Medical Consultations - $200 / hour
Hormone Consultations - $125 / 30 mins
Sleep Evaluations - $150
Individual Patient Annual Retainer Fee:
Ages 16-29: $700
Ages 30 and over: $1,700
Additional Patient Annual Retainer Fee:
Ages 16-29: $400
Ages 30 and over: $1,700

**Note: The annual fee may be paid annually, quarterly, or monthly. If paying monthly, arrangements must be made for an automatic bank draft or automatic credit card payment. All patients will be required to sign an agreement, which can be terminated at any time with 30 days notice. Refund fees will be pro-rated.**
